Now there is a big investigation on for who leaked those crime scene photos.

I saw a report yesterday from someone at the scene of his Mesquite house when the police and FBI raided the place. Apparently he had a giant safe or gun case in the garage, which is probably where he kept the guns. This could explain why the Asian “girlfriend” didn’t know anything about it.

“It doesn’t take a village......” So you know the political leanings. And yeah, this guy acts like he could do the same crime.

Here's an interesting report about the unarmed security guard:
When Campos first arrived on the 32nd floor, he did so by elevator
because Paddock had somehow blocked stairwell doors leading
to the hallway outside of his room, Hickey said. The door to the room
itself was also barricaded, Campos found when he tried to open it,
just before the bullets came through the door.

Police officers subsequently approached the room and were met with 200
rounds from Paddock, Lombardo said on Wednesday night. Police fell back
until SWAT arrived.Source: Daily Beast

Ok, for the record, i dont buy the patsy, alternate shooters angle, BUT you and others keep saying that these paki/jihadi/terrorists/etc could/did/couldnt escape......

Why escape if your room is across the hall from Paddock’s room?? Then youre just another victim and the police will literally escort you to safety themselves.

(The simple answer is the right answer.) love a good conspiracy.

I worked with a gal who’s husband taught her how to count cards and they’d win enough dough at blackjack for the casino to comp their room.

They did it several times a year for a “free” weekend trip until they busted doing it and got banned...as in banned everywhere.

Apparently the Casinos have a network to share data and photos of cheaters.

I heard from another source that he was fond of poker machines.

You don't make money on poker machines, however you can figure on an acceptable loss in percentages.

Pump the machines full of cash and play all night. Cash out with your "winnings" (losses). Faithfully report your gambling W2Gs to the IRS and pay the taxes.

He worked for the IRS and knew the rules. He knew if he kept the paperwork strait there would be no audit.

Seems like the simplest way to launder money.

"NOBODY BEATS SLOT MACHINES UNLESS THEY HAVE A METHOD OF CHEATING"

Not everyone is cheating the machines, though...some are cheating the IRS.

You play high roller slots for 2 hours, lose $10,000...then deposit $1 Million in your "casino winnings" from your bank robber dad's pals in order to launder dirty money into clean, hypothetically.

and he/they made it down the elevators before they were were shut off and the stairways secured

From the graphics of the room layout, it appears the suite had a private exit to the stairwell. Just tossing this up. The killer could of headed up the stairwell to another rented room and rode out the manhunt.

"Paddock was already dead before the shooting started, the security guard was nursing his wound, the shooters left immediately after the shooting stopped,...."

Shooter kills people at long distance but only shoots the security guard's leg at close distance? why didn't he kill him? Why did he spare his life? What are the chances the SG & shooter knew each other and it is the SG who shot the shooter, tossed the gun and then played victim?

I agree about laundering money, at least in theory. I bet in practice it isn’t long before you draw IRS attention to yourself.

They got black listed. Can even happen to casino employees. They can never enter a casino again. Not even hotel area.

Looks like perp shooter had multiple allergies. This may explain the blue tubing that looks like a nebulizer/spirometer. fyi--Mandalay Bay is an entirely non-smoking casino.
The gunman's brother, Eric Paddock, told Reuters in a series of text messages that Danley was sympathetic in dealing with Paddock's allergy-driven quirks.

Paddock often wore brown cloth gardening gloves to prevent rashes from contact with cleaning chemical residues, the brother wrote.

He was also allergic to many pills and was unable to renew his pilot's license - he had flown planes since he was a teenager - because he could not take the pills needed to reduce his blood pressure. At casinos where he was a regular, he was such a valued customer that staff obliged his requests to wash his room's carpet with plain water.

The reason Mary Lou looks so plain in that picture they keep posting of her is because for him she would not wear perfumes or hair sprays or anything with scents in it because it affected him...

One reason to buy 33 guns in October of 2016 might be the impending Presidential Election.

Interesting. So he had a physical weakness beside his mental addiction to video poker gambling. Makes him easier to program.

WTF? I mean -- it's not a town name like Washington or Springfield. I didn't even know there was a Mesquite in Texas until I saw it reported with this story.

Mesquite, TX is just east of Dallas. Texas has all sorts of worldly cities - Paris, Detroit, Miami, Athens, Moscow, and so on!
