NOT ONE word bout his conversion to Islam on ABC—NBC—CBS & I have been watching since 3 AM Pacific time.
Also- Police did not shoot the guy.
He was found dead inside the hotel room when they breached the door.
IF this guy is a convert- This will be a big blow to those who think everyone should be able to come into this country, regardless of their politics.
I understand this guy is home grown, but some one had to know something.....
I will be very curious to know what weapon was used. That was a long burst of automatic fire. Granted some of it might've been the echo.
Right now there's so much misinformation getting posted, rumors posted as facts, and whatnot, I think it's going to take a while.
Of course, any information that comes out will immediately be decried as fake news by someone. I’m sure Mike Cernovich already has the real story and the pedophilia connection or whatever.
I know this is a dumb wish, but a large part of me wishes that some kind of 12 hour news blackout went into effect when something like this happens. Everything gets so muddied in the first rush to the get the “truth.”
The worst thing to be in America right now is someone that shares the same name with a suspected police shooter, terrorist, etc.

Sen. Chris Murphy is calling on Congress to “get off its ass” and act on gun control following the country’s deadliest mass shooting in Las Vegas Sunday night.
The Connecticut Democrat offered his condolences to “the victims, their families, the first responders and the entire community in Las Vegas,” after a gunman killed more than 50 people and wounded hundreds of others at an outdoor Jason Aldean concert near the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
“This must stop. America is the only place where horrific mass shootings happen with this degree of regularity. We are, yet again, facing the aftershock of the deadliest shooting in our nation’s history,” Mr. Murphy wrote in a statement. “It is infuriating that my colleagues in Congress are so afraid of the gun industry that they pretend there aren’t public policy responses to this epidemic. There are. The thoughts and prayers of politicians ring cruelly hollow if they are not paired with action. It’s time for Congress to get off its ass and do something.”

That makes sense...I'd guessed as much, but decided to be a wiseguy about haddock.
I remember way back when, there used to be small blocks of frozen haddock (wrapped in printed label waxed paper, the small blocks of fish being fully rectangular) sold in grocery stores. Somebody had the nerve to call that "seafood". My dear old mother's cooking of it didn't help (that woman could burn water -- I'm not kidding).
