Looks like 4 to 5 hundred yards. This guy either knew what he was doing or got some good coaching from someone. It would be pretty terrifying just to be close to those open windows on the 32nd floor. He had to be on a lanyard or something. That or a laying down position perhaps.

Not necessarily. He’s firing into a large crowd. All he needs is the ability to put lots of rounds down range quickly.
