But to be fair, I can’t believe I’m saying this as a Chiefs fan, but the Raiders did benefit greatly last year from a last place schedule. This year they are taking on a tougher schedule so that needs to be taken into account in all this. OK, now I need to go take a shower.

The presumed cause was to get back at Derek Carr for not kneeling. If they knew this was going to happen in the days leading up to the game, then unhappy linemen and receivers might have half-jested, winked or nodded, "wouldn't it be terrible if such and such would occur?" A sharpie hearing this might conclude that a bet would be a smart play.

I guess you owe the Raiders offensive line an apology. In their Thursday night game, two Raider’s offensive linemen went after a Chief’s cornerback for a late hit on their quarterback.
