A Catholic university in Wisconsin has drawn outraged criticism for agreeing to host an LGBT-themed dance on its campus next spring.
Marquette University, a Jesuit-run university located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, will feature an event called “Pride Prom” next April in one of its campus ballrooms. Nearly 20,000 people have signed a petition condemning the planned celebration.
The building in which the dance will take place also contains a chapel in which resides the Eucharist, which Catholics believe to be the body and blood of Jesus Christ.

Marquette was using Greeley for textbooks (”Christ the Myth”) back in the 1980s. She has been anti-Catholic for a long time.
LGBT is a cancer in our society.

If I were still a Roman Catholic (have not been since 1975) I would not be one any longer as I watch the church continue to dissolve into communism. They are not a Christian church - they are but a political arm of Italy, married to Constantine, used to enslave the world.
Should it not be bothersome that the Papists have so many books on the ‘do not read’ list? Especially forbidden are history books that describe the background of the early group.

To aim a little closer, I would say the Cultural Christians want to be loved by the world.

Apparently a lot of the Bible needs reworking. Pride can no longer go before destruction, as it says in Proverbs 16:18. So now we can be proud of all our proclivities, peculiarities, inclinations, aberrations, and digressions. Living a spiritual life is a lot easier if nothing is wrong.

Marquette (like Notre Dame and Boston College) is not a Catholic University. If it really is, then Catholicism is hopelessly lost.

Notre Dame at least is not a Jesuit school. Most of the Jesuit schools are moral and theological cesspits, but they have good basketball teams, so it’s all okay. /s
No, I was gloriously saved by the blood of Jesus Christ. My Bible commands me to “come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you” (II Corinthians 6:17) . . . you don’t know any better because you do not have a final authority - just instructions (and threats) from Rome.
