The Dallas Cowboys plan to protest during the national anthem before Monday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals, per multiple sources.
Nothing has been firmed up and they will likely come to some decision in the locker room. It may not be a coordinated effort. It may just be a few individuals.
One player said, “We have to do something.”
Said another, “It’s not going to be business as usual. He crossed a line. Something will be done...”
The majority of the NFL’s owners and/or teams issued statements in response to Trump’s comments over the weekend.
The Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones have yet to do so...
Garrett, however, has made it clear that he likes how his team has stood for the anthem.
That stance may change Monday night.

That is something that would get me to watch a ballgame.

I had hoped that there would be at least one team that wasn’t made up of anti-American homos, but the infection/STD (SportsTardedDemoncrapitis) seems to have spread too far.
Wasn’t it just last year that black lives matter killed 5 Dallas cops and the Cowboys wanted to put a sticker commemorating those officers and the nfl refused?
Sounds like the players need to look beyond words and stand for respect for what is RIGHT.

When the kids were little, they’d hear cheering and come running in to yell, “Cowboys!” and run back out to play. Those days are long past in more than one way.
