The people of North Korea will never know these things were sent by the South - they will think they were provided by their government, so they won't feel grateful and feel open to the South because they won't know. In the end, I doubt this kind gesture alters in any way Kim's ambitions.
Yes. As well, I'm willing to bet that a good portion of that donation likely gets siphoned off by Kim for his military. It isn't like someone from SK is there to monitor and verify that all of the food makes it way to the people of NK.

I feel sorry for the deceived NORKS. I feel sorry for the S Koreans that voted against socialism/communism just like the TEA Party did against the socialist/communist 0bama.
0bama and B Clinton enabled the NORKS. If we are going to take out the NORKS then we need to also deal with our own TRAITOR NORK enablers.
