National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster said Sunday that President Trump’s United Nations speech will focus on promoting and protecting American prosperity and suggested that the White House’s National Security Council is better after having removed adviser Steve Bannon and others who pushed “their own narrow agendas.”
“The National Security Council, I think, has served the president well in bringing him multiple options. There were some who tried to operate outside of that process for their own narrow agendas. And that didn’t serve the president well,” McMaster told “Fox News Sunday,” in response to questions about his policy clashes with Bannon.

After I posted I googled “McMaster anti-Israel”. Articles defending McMaster greatly outnumber those that are critical and come from liberal or left sources. Breitbart was the only reliable conservative source I found in a quick search.

What an ego maniac. My enthusiasm meter for Trump drops a bit every day he leaves Obama’s Generals in charge of the White House and Pentagon. I don’t understand how he could be so convincing on the campaign trail and so meek and surrendering in the White House.

Bannon is right. The White House is captured by those who bring in pre-selected personnel, and Donald has no clue or had no clue what was encircling him.
It was the same for Lincoln until the process of war made it necessary to find leaders that could win.

if even 1/10 of them are accurate, he should definitely be replaced ASAP. (I have no way of verifying if any of the reports are accurate, and wish to state this right up front here.. meaning I am left very very very worried about the man, but have no way of KNOWING if he is a security risk or a danger or has really bad ideas ... or if he walks on water and the reports are all false.)

McMaster comes across as an elitist. He portrays Trump as his own personal little puppet. This is the second time in two days that McM has gone through a check list of subjects in the speech
He does a very poor job of selling that he (McMaster) is the mastermind behind the speech.
I did not like McM from the first moment I heard him speak and it has only gotten worse since then.
Everything I have heard attributed to McM in the leaks seems to be true.
Trump is just a fool. And now, a tool.
Is Strac6 still defending McMaster? Or has he grown up a little in the last month and recognized a Bush era RINO Globalist when he sees one, no matter that there are no video records or actual unretouched photos of his “tank battles” in Desert Storm.
