Violating Terms of Service
If you’re creating a fake account on Facebook (or most other social media sites), there’s a good chance you’re violating the terms of service. In this instance, the law is clear: According to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, it isn’t illegal to violate a term of service. This advice comes with some pitfalls, however, as other actions taken while violating the terms of service could still violate criminal or civil law. As always, use common sense.
Funny thing is, even if President Trump did everything the democrats have accused him of doing, I'm not sure he actually did anything illegal.
I'm pretty sure that it's illegal to sell U.S. foreign policy in exchange for "donations" to your family's charitable foundation but the only people talking about this were the "fake news" accounts on Facebook.
Bottom line, Mueller's got nothing and that's why President Trump allows this charade to continue.

Let me point out your mistake: You’re being reasonable. There is literally no there there with respect to Trump and Russia. I am, however, being logical. The imperitive is absolute and this is all the deepstate has. Ergo they take Trump down “legally”. It’s that or asassination...One of the two WILL happen.
To be sure Trump may draw a line and flat out resist them as the evil, cretinous scum that they are, but they’re gonna try it. They have to. to them the present reality is impossible.

It sure seems to me (and others here in FR) that Sessions is a see-no-evil, hear-no-evil, speak-no-evil guy when it comes to anything any democrat has ever done. Ever.
Now, if I am wrong about that — if we are wrong about that — nothing will make me happier, believe me. I celebrated the day Sessions was nominated. I thought Sessions would be great.
But lately it’s been less “where is the greatness” than it has been “where is Sessions”.
Maybe he’s doing great clerical work organizing things at DOJ behind the scenes, but in the meantime every filthy democrat in America is getting away with murder and the Trump administration is busy investigating the 1000% BOGUS story of the “collusion with the Russians”.

If you went through all the things DOJ has done, and must do on a daily basis, you’d stop this stuff.

DOJ must have a solid, if not airtight evidence that it can convict, not just indict.
Trump has Sessions on trade policy (did you know he is de facto on all trade negotiations and all NSC meetings?), on current record levels of deportations, on patent infringements & China, then he had to do the DACA backgrounder, plus the cases he’s already brought against Medicare fraud, high levels of gang activities, and so on.
The “bribe” would be next to impossible to prove it was a bribe, especially from a Sec State.
Bannon had 100% confidence in Sessions and I do too. I think when some of you learn what he’s been doing-—all on a skeleton staff thanks to the Ds or with obstruction thanks to the never Trumpers, you’ll be sorry you ever criticized him.
When it turns out some democrat is behind all those accounts this “news” will just vanish.

Look at it this way.
If Mueller had ANYTHING, anything at all, there would be massive leaks, and he would have run to the GJ to get an indictment on someone.
He can’t get a 3rd tier guy related to the campaign for 5 minutes on a jaywalking charge.
