1. Generous benefits, (EBT, food stamps, free apartment, free phone, free healthcare) are NOT counted. The person who gets all those, which add up to $50,000 or more a year, is still counted as POOR.

2. Freeloaders go where the benefits are good, raising the numbers.

3. Normal people get the hell out, raising the percentage of “poor” people.

And it doesn’t count all the money they get from selling drugs, identity theft, robberies and every other crime known to man.
