These ISIS terrorists are some of the stone cold bad guys who have been on a crimes against humanity binge for years beheading and crucifying their way across Syria and Iraq
They were give free passage by the Syrian government as as part of a prisoner swap of Syrian prisoners held by ISIS
The Syrians and Russians don't want to be seen as double crossing the ISIS Jihadi
