Media lies are told with virtually absolute impunity — the civil suit costs are too high for any average citizen to pay, unless the lawyers (corrupt to the core) believe their cut of a damage award (50% of total less court fees and costs) is a sure thing.

The key word here is “classify”. WHY would you have to classify any one in any way since THEIR ACTIONS CLASSIFY THEM? I’d guess that there are quite a few others that Calif wants to classify and THAT is what they have their eye on. It’s great when you can say a group is X irrespective of their actions.
