The President said he wasn't going to be specific ... he's not announcing what our military will do or when.

I had some trouble listening through Roku - will look for a transcript.
But I greatly like what I heard; and the speech was one of the most coherent and powerful that I’ve heard from a President.
Maybe it’s good that someone who really wants to FIGHT is going to make it his war, and finally end it - instead of *playing* at fighting. I’ve known service men who lost limbs, and were absolutely pissed that we didn’t fight to WIN.

Without complete devastation a destruction of much of a Afghanistan and killing every male over 10 years of age, this is just another 8 years of the same ole same ole. Maybe Bannon was right. The Trump Presidency has ended, the swamp run things now.
Why? Did it really matter in Vietnam? We got the hell out of there after years of sacrifice too. In the end he didn’t run on this war-mongering neocon crap, he actually ran against it.
