The perp picked up his gun on his way out, as I (and others here) saw it in the video, and as the story tells: “The teen picked up the gun that he dropped and limped out of the store.”
After watching the video again, he certainly did.......

If the musician was an evil white guy, he would be locked up right now while the local Prosecutor dug through his entire life.
I wouldn’t want to kill him either, and neither would most folks. I am not into hurting or killing any thing.
But after the suspect was shot, the second he bent over and reached for the weapon on the floor, I would have emptied on him, without hesitation.
Should have put two in his nuts so that he can never reproduce.
Great story and is exactly why the 2nd Amendment is an individual right.
