Same here in Florida. Another bubble inflating, IMO.

I live in North Fort Worth and about 50% of the houses sold around here come back on the market as rental properties. I get at least 2 or 3 letters a week from investors wanting to buy my house. A half million dollar house sold next door to my son and came back as a rental property. The renters must be paying $3000 a month but there appears there are people willing to pay.

Money laundering.
Much of China homes bought from criminal money of Generals. Your foreign neighbor brings blood money to your neighborhood.

The Supported Hillary.
They saw their paid subcribers number tank.
They are dead, yet will not admit it.

So exactly HOW will these foreigners take their new asset out of the country?
Didn’t think so. Sorry.
Thanks for contributing to the property tax scam, though.

Don’t you need to be a citizen or have a green card to purchase property here?

Chinese are buying up homes here in Queens at an unbelievable rate, and paying cash for them, even recent immigrants. I heard they get their money to purchase from Chinese churches. The Chinese buy houses and co-ops and pack them full of illegals, too. Obviously some serious hanky panky going on which should be investigated, but then you now have Chinese politicians on City Council, who I am sure will quash any investigations.
The price of homes around here has skyrocketed because of the Chinese purchases. You now see them in neighborhoods you NEVER saw them in before. Soon all of Queens will be Chinese speaking (oh, you thought they come here to assimilate and be Americans? Ha!) except for a few small islands of English speakers. I feel like I live in a foreign country. I can sit on my porch and watch Chinese after Chinese walk by without variation. Sure wasn't that way 9 or 10 years ago!

But Free Traitors told us trade imbalances don't matter.
This is 30 years of stupid Free Trade and off shoring factories coming home to roost.
