Anyone else feel frustrated at how this is playing out??
First the media attacked Trump for not responding quickly enough to Charlottesville.
Then they piled on because he didn’t respond by specifically identifying the “racist” groups to be ostracized.
Then, they piled on further because he said that “both sides” were responsible for violence. Which offended the sensibilities of the media, for whom left wingers are simon pure and whose activists would never ever engage in violence, at least by their perception.
I get the impression that there is NOTHING that Trump could have said or done, to satisfy the media and pass muster with Wolf Blitzer and the gang. There will always be some aspect of what Trump does which they will find fault with, and then they will beat him up over that specific aspect of things.
