With Dems, we know up front what they are going to do. Not so with RINOs!

I preferred Obama to Romney; at least we knew what we were getting in terms of policy and his attitudes were largely overt. I must note the usual public atonement for others of the Bush family, father and son speaking out to denounce Trump. These are people that could never win anything on their own, stood and stand for nothing, and piggybacked on Reagan’s success, only to badmouth him when the opportunity served them. Screaming about “Nazis”, Mr. and Mr. Bush? How about your father and grandfather, Prescott Bush, who was in business with the Hitler acolytes until 1942? He did a lot more than just talk.
Read his memoirs. Lee wanted to never leave the U.S. Army, which he served honorably for decades. He hated the idea of secession. He was a Virginian. The cause for his fight was that honorable men answer their country’s call to arms.
Actually, the media and the left would have hated and vilified them just as much. Look what they did to the inoffensive George Bush.
But Romney and Rubio wouldn’t have stood up for themselves and would have cowered, just as Bush did. I hope Trump stays strong.

What ignorance you display on these threads. Lee and Jackson deserve better than what is happening to their memories. They lived in difficult times and when Virginia called for more than cheap words on a website, they left their homes and came to Virginia’s defense. I stand with them. I have studied their lives for 17 years and honor them for their faith and their duty. I am appalled that they have to endure the likes of you, who would slander his brothers in Christ in one post, then praise God in another post. (Doesn’t James say something about that) I know that I’m in the minority here. I don’t care. I stand with Lee. I stand with Jackson because I know they were good men. No one can convince me otherwise.
No. . .I am still grateful to Dubya for saving us from Al Gore and for his leadership after 911. BTW, I love Trump but I don’t agree with his assessment about the invasion of Iraq and his assumption that the intelligence was wrong and that Saddam had no weapons of mass-destruction. Big difference in finding no weapons and having no weapons. I think we delayed long enough for Saddam to move them. I think where Bush was wrong was in his too rosy expectation that Iraqis were ready for representative government. Don’t flame me though. . .I am not a Bushie and I depise the Roves, the Perinos, et al. . .I’m just saying. . .thank God for Dubya because Al Gore was and is a MADMAN.

If we had bulldozed that traitor McQueeg in 2008 and nominated an actual fighting Conservative (like ex-Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating, who in his capacity as an FBI agent, helped pursue Zero’s Domestic Communist/Terrorist supporters), we’d have put a stop to this insanity a bit earlier.
