A black Virginia man is speaking out after he says he was viciously attacked and beaten by white supremacists inside a Charlottesville parking garage during violent protests Saturday. Deandre Harris, 20, said he traveled to Emancipation Park to protest a white nationalist rally when a fight broke out. He said he was chased by a group of white men and beaten with metal poles as he lay helpless on the ground. Video posted by journalist Chuck Modiano, shared by Mr. Harris, showed a group of white men throwing objects at a black man on the ground and hitting him with sticks. Mr. Modiano said the man was “safe but bloody” following the incident.

All you can say is that he might have been part of a group, a group you cannot even define.

If this is the same guy in the video that came out a couple of days ago, he most definitely was beaten in a parking garage. What gets me is that he insists he and his friends were just walking along and didn’t even exchange words with those who beat him. . . and then all of a sudden they started beating him senseless. That sounds unlikely. I think there’s more to the story.
Any competent lawyer will get a Change-of-Venue.
Whether the feds attempt another end-round of the prohibition on Double Jeopardy is yet to be seen.

Speech and right of assembly are protected by the First Amendment.
Violence is not legal.
Both sides appeared to be violent.

We have repeatedly seen which side is violent, has the last year been lost on you? In response to the threats of violence by the Left the other people decided to meet fire with fire.
Mask-wearing mobs attacking Trump supporters have been a commonplace event. In Chicago, just as in Charlottesville, the police were ordered to stand down and let the rioters do what they pleased. That also included attacks on people and property.
Soros has been funding this to get precisely this effect.
Can’t you see the Goebbelsmedia is blowing this out of all proportion and making it into something it is not? A white woman naively or stupidly joined up with criminals looking for trouble, got killed, so what? There were probably 100 Blacks murdered by other Black criminals, none of that is of any importance to the Goebbelsmedia.

I am sure the Kangeroo Court which is convened will convict Fields, then like almost all Murder convictions it will be appealed and, if the trial was in Charlottesville, the conviction will be overturned because he was not allowed a Change-of-Venue. By that time the mob will have something equally irrelevant to get outraged about and endanger lives over.
The Left has declared war and this is all part of that war.
