The game plan is simple.
Moore did not attack Brooks.
McConnell, Strange and GOP PACS attacked Brooks relentlessly.

There is no reason for Mo Brooks and his voters not to endorse or vote for
Moore, if Brooks does not make it to the runoff.

The truth is conservative votes are beating the hell out of Strange votes.
Moore votes + Brooks votes.

That’s true. Judge Moore went after McConnell/Strange. I would not expect Brooks to back Strange, nor would I expect a significant number of Brooks’s voters to do so either.

Are Dims eligible to vote in the Republican runoff?

Do you have any idea why the results are so different at:

http://www2.alabamavotes.gov/electionnight/statewideResultsByContest.aspx?ecode=1000750

and at https://decisiondeskhq.com/results/us-senate-alabama-special-republican-primary/

At the State Site with 109,423 in Moore 41.64%, Strange 30.22%, Brooks 19.98%.

At Decision Desk HQ 122K votes in and the percentages haven't changed at all as the vote tallys have increased.
Roy S Moore (Republican) 39.4% 48,938
Luther Strange (Republican) 32.1% 39,870
Mo Brooks (Republican) 19.2% 23,816
