Appropriate statement. However, he should also name the Antifa by name for pulling out bats and assaulting people/cars with them. Everyone involved in ANY violence must be prosecuted.

This wasn’t about racism.
This was about making Virginia a complete Democrat state so that they can loot the public treasuries.
Good statement, third one on the topic, all consistent and very clear. Hate, bigotry, and violence are wrong and not to be tolerated. Won’t stop media and left from blaming Trump for it but most people know those people in Charlottsville do not represent Trump or his supporters.
Where’s the condemnation of Black Lies Matter, AntiFa and others who have rioted, and assaulted people across the country for the better part of two years.
Ever notice how the left NEVER apologizes, never disavows, and never backs away from ANYONE on their side, no matter how extreme or ridiculous they are. Our side always condemns the leftist “virtue signaling” but, that is all I’ve seen since this event, our side groveling, apologizing, disavowing and virtue signaling. I like how, lost in all of this, is that this was a protest to stop the destruction of American History to favor a NON-AMERICAN political viewpoint.
