A Berkeley teacher says assault charges against her should be dropped.
She was in court today for her role in a riot that broke out at the state capitol.
Yvette Felarca was caught on video punching a neo-Nazi demonstrator. But she says, standing up to fascism should not be a crime.

The man had both hands up, walking to a line of police officers for help.
Felarca and others dragged the man down and kicked him

Her attorney blames police for not stepping in earlier to keep the peace.

How about standing up to fascism in the classroom?
Sooner or later she is going to assault an old man with nothing in his pocket than a loaded revolver. And then she can stand up against what she chooses in the afterlife.

The inaction of the police was a disgrace and should be investigated.

I watched that video and there is nothing at all to indicate that the victim is a "neo nazi". The victim was a peaceful guy carrying a European pride flag, a stylized Celtic cross.
In any case it is irrelevant. It's like saying a rape victim "was asking for it". Someone's first amendmant rights were violated and that is enough.
So, a Fascist Teacher punches a Fascist Neo-Nazi.
Is it possible for BOTH sides to go down in this case? ;)

The thing these libtards don’t realize is they are seriously losin Generation Z and a good number of millennials. For decades the libtards have been “winning” by callin conservatives Nazis like shouting boo to young children conservatives had hidden under the bed every time. These kids are different. This is a highly important case. And it is clear-cut. This is where the pre-Civil War II is being processed, and its trajectory is being established.
The question is: can a court in the SF-Sacramento-Berkeley area be counted on to administer justice as the law requires? That indeed is the question.
That baiter was trying soooooo hard to get that man to hit her (tall white man, poor defenseless, diminutive ethnic female). She has been trained that those optics, if achieved, are gold to them. But she failed. The patriot won. She should go to jail and lose her teaching job.
Again, can the courts do their duty in this case? I hope so, but doubt it.
Watch out, patriots. They are trying to “posterize” you when you least expect it.
