That could be me. I am the only Republican where I live for a ten block radius. I am known around the block as “Your Friendly Neighborhood Right-Wing Extremist”.
Some times I do wonder about the smartass effect. If there is a mass madness going on all around, one might wish to save a serious risk of martyrdom for something transcendentally important. Like, you know, the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
