Othe comments re: the jacket may be correct, but I was going to say perhaps we are just used to seeing the giant-headed TV peopled, as Rush Limbaugh points out, if you are going to appear on TV, you need an extra large skull (not too much needs to be inside it, but the cranium itself needs to be extra large).
Btw, I know he was waiting until it was safe, but did Limbaugh ever decide to support Trump?
