May not be in the best interest of CINC to outright fire this guy (though it would or should set a precedent when it comes to ‘disputing’ his orders) but I am sure there is a rock or something in the Arctic or Antarctic ocean that could use a Coast Guard presence.

It is good the President Trump is having a workcation to take things down a notch. It is a good time to think about strategy and how to put forth his agenda. Admiral Zukunft picked a bad bad time to defy a very reasonable ban on transgenders in the military. He will be lucky to have his office another week if not sooner. At a time when drug runners are using subs to bring in the drugs, you cannot afford to have a corrupt head of the Coast Guard.
Failure to follow an order is a court martial offense. Bust him down to E1, perform a transgender operation on him, but not “an incredibly costly one,” but a Ka-Bar operation, said Ka-Bar having been dipped in cheap whiskey and wielded by a sleep-deprived PvtE1 “homophobe.” Then boot him out, no retirement, no benefits. Bet the disobedience would stop after one or two of those. What do you mean, we can’t do that? ‘Course we can, and we can do the same to anyone who tries to stop us. This is for the good of the country, boys and girls. The gloves should come off. The message?... Trump is your President. He was duly elected. You owe him your allegiance. Stop acting like spoiled brats.
