I understand the frustration but this is a thoroughly frivolous lawsuit if I’ve ever seen one.

Now imagine this being repeated a million times across the country.

Do you think the mean-spirited RINO’s would wake up and do what they promised then?

The republican party is killing itself just to spite President Trump. Those doing this deserve to be fired by the people immediately or as soon as possible. Petty petty little brats is all they are.

Drain the damn swamp!!

Should be dismissed immediately. The RNC was in no position to repeal Obamacare. Only Congress could do that. This may be the dumbest lawsuit I have ever seen.

They put it in writing

2016 Republican Platform:

Any honest agenda for improving healthcare must start with repeal of the dishonestly named Affordable Care Act of 2010...

We agree with the four dissenting judges of the Supreme Court: “In our view, the entire Act before us is invalid in its entirety.” It must be removed and replaced with an approach based on genuine competition, patient choice, excellent care, wellness, and timely access to treatment. To that end, a Republican president, on the first day in office, will use legitimate waiver authority under the law to halt its advance and then, with the unanimous support of Congressional Republicans, will sign its repeal.

The courts have overturned 2 of Trump’s executive orders because of what he said on the campaign trail. Then obviously the courts are willing to hold politicians accountable for what they say.

Let’s test that theory again, this time in the 9th circuit. Or at least use their ruling as precedence.

If, somehow, the Republicans who voted against ObamaCare repeal were suddenly replaced by clones of Ted Cruz, a different 3 R Senators would suddenly oppose repeal.

“Should be a class action law suit...”

Especially AZ, McTraitor lied flat out lied just to get revenge on Trump. Such a lawsuit is doomed but do it anyway don’t let the POS McTraitor breath and make no mistake the worthless RINO Flake was able to hide behind his yes vote as was heller for sure.

Bob Heghmann, 70, filed a lawsuit Thursday in U.S. District Court saying the national and Virginia Republican parties and some GOP leaders raised millions of dollars in campaign funds while knowing they weren't going to be able to overturn the ACA, also known as Obamacare.

Oh they are able alright. They could have had a bill on President Trump's desk on January 20. They NOT WILLING to overturn the ACA.

This should be opened up as a class action suit. I'd love to get in...they owe me thousands!

Campaign contributions don’t come with a promise of a certain course of action in return. None that are enforceable.
