My guess was always people who wanted LBJ as President, probably Texans. Especially suspicious that upon John Connally’s death, the removal of a bullet fragment was not allowed to be taken from his body for forensic analysis. I was looking up his name’s spelling and found this fascinating tidbit regarding missing evidence and possibility that Connally was the real target.

Regarding support for LBJ presidency, Kennedy was less enamored about the idea of escalating in Vietnam than LBJ. Meanwhile big business interests (in Texas?) were seeking a $billion contract to build Cam Ranh Bay in Vietnam. Follow the money!! So I just Googled this idea and low and behold, what big, big company name should pop up but Halliburton. Amazing. Well worth more research.

Having now read a lot of details, I think it is very possible that Oswald may have been used in one way or another by business plotters, but may have had his own agenda which ended up doing what the business interests wanted. Of course, Oswald had to be killed, and then the killer Ruby.

Good post glee. Also regarding the Chicago Outfit’s man in Dallas, Ruby, killing LHO......Ruby HAD to whack LHO. He was ordered to by the Chicago outfit. Just a year or so earlier the Outfit re-sent a message to all of those in their ‘employ’ that did not follow their orders or ratted, or was suspected of it, with their beyond horrific 3 day straight torture session and killing of ‘Juice Collector’, Action Jackson. Ruby, and any other Outfit soldier was thus reminded that their fate would be just as brutal if they did not follow Outfit orders. Ruby whacked LHO.....as he was ordered to.
