This is bad thinking because it assumes that Democrats are humans who will fight fair if we do.
Conservatives need to come to grips with the fact that the Democrats are never going to play fair. If we're going to win, we need to crush them completely, and to think in terms of "the ends justify the means," rather than obsessing over obeying rules our enemies will destroy given half a chance anyway.

We should be agents of reestablishing the Constitution, the ONLY legal bulwark of freedom against the tyranny of the feds, as the Law of the Land.
Our goal is not to win at any price regardless of further erosion of good faith and the Constitution.

Trump does and should go after the Lying Leftists with everything he has and so should we - but not by operating with lies, bad faith and unconstitutional acts. That’s what the Lying Leftists do.
