Yesterday I had tremendous sympathy for McCain because of his cancer diagnosis. I dislike him immensely, but I wouldn’t wish cancer on anyone. After reading this story, I find my sympathy drying up pretty fast.

I've always disliked McCain - won't ever know how long the tumor has been growing in his brain or how much it has affected him - won't join his fan club but won't sink to the level some others have been doing either.

Sympathy for the inner man and his family are in order.
