Why is it most Republicans turn out to be disappointments? Probably because we actually expect something from them.

They’re all talk, no action.

Because we expect them to act like men. Instead they are castrated politicians who would not know they were in a fight if someone hit them over the head.

The white haired "Old Guard" guys need to go. I don't care what their socon bonafides are. They simply don't have the skills to play the game the way it's played these days. They're playing by the old rules.

Sessions is a perfect example. Great senator, totally unprepared for the job of AG. Played by Queensbury rules against opponents who hide knives in their shoes.

Because they are Fairies who could not accomplish anything in the business world. Someday, The GOP will get serious and look at the difference between children raised in a two parents (male female) home and people like Paul Ryan.

Several of us were making very disparaging remarks when Boehner first became Speaker. Others on FR skewered us for our remarks. By the end of Boehner's first term as speaker, even his former supporters were making negative posts about him.

Recall that McConnell stated we needed a Republican majority in the Senate -- give it to him and he would show that Republicans can lead. Well, Mitch has turned out to be another abject FAIL and has yet to show he can lead.

It seems to me that anyone who has been in Washington for any length of time is a lot of talk, but very timid when it comes to action. Looks like an entire team of outsiders is needed to get things done.

Perhaps Cruz could replace Sessions. I don’t care for him, and didn’t like what he did to Dr. Carson, but you have to admit, he sticks to his guns.
