Somali immigrant cop Mohamed Noor, who shot Jessica Damond, was 'highly celebrated' by Minneapolis mayor in 2015
The Somali-born Minnesota police officer alleged to have shot and killed an unarmed Australian woman on Saturday had been lauded by Minneapolis’ mayor and feted by the local community when he joined the force in 2015.
“I want to take a moment to recognize Officer Mohamed Noor, the newest Somali officer in the Minneapolis Police Department,” Mayor Betsy Hodges wrote in a Facebook post when Noor began serving the city. “Officer Noor has been assigned to the 5th Precinct, where his arrival has been highly celebrated, particularly by the Somali community in and around Karmel Mall.”
In fact, The Washington Post reported that community threw a party for Noor – the first Somali-American officer to serve in the precinct. Minneapolis is home to one of the nation's largest Somali communities.
“He came to the United States at a young age and is thankful to have had so many opportunities,” Thomas Plunkett, Noor’s attorney, said Monday. “…For him, being a police officer is a calling.”

Abdikadir Hassan, a local community leader, told The Minneapolis Star Tribune that Noor was a role model.“He is inspiring to young people in the community,” Hassan said. “He is very supportive and good with the kids. He is such a lovely guy.”

A good cop is a very special person. First and foremost he knows “little” fear....if he’s “good”. Most ordinary folks know lots of fear. The Navy Seals have decades of experience weeding out people with FEAR. Liberals in charge of police forces have NO Clue.
Seals say, “Ok, you want to be a seal, then we are going to let you out at 3 am five miles from this harbor tonight (training) and we want you to swim into that harbor and go to this ship and swim under it from one side to the other. The “Noble Savage” Delusion / Myth is one of the cornerstones of cultural Marxism. It posits that all people and cultures are equal and that imposed western values are “social constructs” and as such are to been seen as unnatural and wrong.

Info gleaned from other forums and reports:
1. She (the white infidel female) was standing at the window talking to the officer driving the vehicle.
2. She was outside in her PJ’s with no male relative as a chaperone.
3. The muz who was riding shotgun drew his weapon, leaned across the driver and shot her multiple times.
4. First reports say the officer driving wax “stunned” when it happened.
5. The muz has been on the force 2 years and has 3 complaints against him already. One sealed by the court and one in a lawsuit.
6. The muz was out with an FTO for remedial training apparently stemming from his previous 3 f$%kups. Looks like the FTO didn’t even trust him to let him drive.
7. Both cops had bodycams which for some reason (wink wink) were turned off at the time of the incident.
My personal biased opinion is that when the cop who was driving comes out of shock and gets his hearing back will cough up this Muslim POS like a hairball.
