For real. Who is the Bee’s target audience here? Who are they trying to convince?
I lived in the Sacramento area briefly while stationed at Travis AFB. Public schools weren’t even an option to us, after hearing about the crowded classes that move at the slowest illegal’s pace.
And that was 15 years ago. I’m surprised the legal residents aren’t incensed by now.

We lived on a nice cul de sac in Sac in the mid 1970’s.
There were 15 homes on the street and only 3 families were Republicans. The other two Republican families left after we moved away.
It is the "Baaa...Baaa" generation we live in.
