In her video, Hage explains that she works out five times a week. Do you sweat? It only counts as "working out" if you sweat for at least 30 minutes. If you truly worked out five times a week, you would not be a corpulent hambeast.
Lumbering from your car to the closest electric shopping cart at Walmart is not "working out".
