The swamp is filled with graduates of various public policy schools, including Georgetown and the Kennedy school, among the more egregious. These swamp denizens have no wisdom beyond the general public but are happy to generate policy to govern the practice of genuine experts, be it science, industry or health care.

Gun rights are a God-given, constitutionally protected right. Wanting unwarranted recognition and special treatment for choosing the wrong sex partner - there is no constitutional protection for that. I mean, you can do what you want with your life, but don’t expect everyone else to accept your behavior.
