The depositions in this case will be pure gold for the conservative media. I will laugh my butt off when the NYT tries to a) get a judicial gag order on the proceedings and b) tries to seal the depos.

I hope she takes them for all they are worth, takes complete ownership of them, and turns the paper into a Conservative voice and makes it a HUGE success..that would totally make liberal loons wet their diapers

I hope she owns them in the end.

Dang! What an era we live in. Virtually no freedoms remain to Americans (Relative to 1951).
However, after 8-years of staring in revulsion at a WH pet gorilla of unknown sex, we've been psychologically rescued by the two beauties: Sarah and Melania.

I’m very, very glad she is doing this. I hope she wins mucho dinero from Sr. Slim, et al.
There was NO EXCUSE for this editorial, none. It most definitely shows recklessness for the truth and/or true malice.
My guess is they will settled and Palin will make a big to-do about giving the money to charity. She should def. give it to O’Keefe’s Project Veritas. Or even better make the Times write the check to him directly.
Oh how that would stick in their craw!

....Go for every cent the NYT is worth...
It’s not even worth lining the birdcage with, or using it to wash windows, but it is good for sopping up an overflowed toilet.

The outcome may depend on where she is filing. If it is in New York state it will likely be heard by a liberal Democrat NY Times reading judge and the jury will be made up primarily of Democrats who hate Republicans.

I am of the opinion that the main reason the MSM gets away with it’s crap is that few if any on the right have the balls to take them to court.
Good for Sarah
