I didn’t see in the article what the vote was; 5/4?

It’s what all honest people expected—upon getting the decision making away from dishonest, nefarious, end-justifies-the-means judges, assuming they’re not psychotic.

Timing is a problem. Kennedy can’t retire now until after this October decision. I don’t think Trump will be able to get through a SCOTUS pick by October.

I don’t know if the whole court would vote on that. Usually one justice reviews the merits of the appeal and decides how to proceed.

Good. Sweden is turning into a war zone. We don’t need that over here.

Pretty good sign as they would not have “stayed the injunction” unless there was a reasonably high liklihood that the prior decisions would be overturned.

Huh? The SC had a vote? Is this just a summary judgement or some such? Set me straight.
To: Mr. Lucky
Mousing around on google, I was unable to find the info that it was a 7-2 vote. My husband heard it was 9-0, with some concurring justices dissenting only in part, inasmuch as they wanted the WHOLE ban reinstated without conditions.
Can you give me a source? I'm interested.
Thanks.
