Justice Anthony Kennedy, the man who so often determines the outcome of the most controversial Supreme Court cases, is himself the center of brewing speculation. Will he stay or will he go?
The rumors have swirled for months and the 80-year-old justice has done nothing either personally or though intermediaries to set the record straight on whether he will step down.

For all the brew ha ha about Kennedy, it was not he who upheld Obamacare. It was someone else who we are stuck with for a long time. Kennedy’s replacement will be an easy matter. But the next one, watch out!!! That will truly be the tipping point as lil Johnny Roberts will find himself a neutered Chief Justice.
It will be weekend at Bernie’s before Ginsburg retires. She ain’t going nowhere.
So long as Ginsburg has a measurable pulse, she will stay on, or should I say her staff will keep doing her duties.

Yep by trying to block Gorsuch they got the GOP to get rid of the filibuster possibly happening with the next Supreme court nominee.
Of course we aren’t as skilled as chuck Schumer but it sure look like it was a tactical error on his part, to make the Gorsuch nomination the hill to die on so to speak.
Now there’s nothing they can do against the next one.
