Why hasn’t Ginsburg croaked yet?

Kennedy is no social conservative & he’s 81 years old. Trump’s pick will be about 50 years old & move conservative, I expect, and gives us about 30 more years on the court without Kennedy being replaced by a democratic president.

Ginsburg and Breyer will not leave while Trump is President unless they leave feet first.

I pray God want's to see them both to ask a few questions.

Kennedy is a swing vote. Seventy percent of the time with the liberals and Thirty percent with the conservatives (your mileage may vary.)

If we think liberal heads have been exploding over Trump up until 'til now, you "ain't seen nutthin yet" when one of the Supremes retires or otherwise leaves the Court.

Doesn't matter, liberal, conservative, or so-called "centrist," the libs are going to go NUTS!

Russia talk will mostly disappear (I'm betting) but there will be hourly demands for Mueller to indite Trump, so they can have their execution and then show trials, to prevent Trump from naming a replacement.

Doesn't matter who it is, they will demand that the "sitting President under scrutiny for possible/probable criminal acts" must be prevented from stacking the Court with more racist, homophobes, white slave owners who endanger life on the planet, or something equally as moronic!

RBG wouldn’t retire in 2013 when Obama would have replaced her with a 47-year-old liberal. She ain’t retiring now. Even if medically unable to take part in decisions she’s still half a liberal vote.

It strikes me Kennedy likes being Mr. Swing vote which explains why he usually goes goes against us. He upheld the 2nd but he’s done a lot of damage. I’m betting he stays.

Just think how much the world has changed ever since the long, long time that the left thought that Hillary was a sure bet, a done deal, and no other outcome was even remotely considered by them. They had all their plans made-unfortunately for them, all of their plans were premised on Hillary in the White House, and they therefore have no Plan B. They’re not even making a Plan B now, they’re entertaining fantasies of impeaching or otherwise removing President Trump, and then somehow, President Pence. That’s all they can see. So, they keep losing, just look at the last 4-5 special elections (granted, red districts), and their far-left’s insistence that they just aren’t going far left enough.

In that picture, Roberts looks like a troubled man. Good, he should be, tortured by conscience.

You think the Libtards will meltdown when Kennedy retires?

Imagine what it’ll be like when Ginsburg retires/expires!

Give the next one to Ted Cruz and get 30-40 years of Constitutional votes.

Him and Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg should be gone within the next 4 years- then the ‘wise latina’ and the bull-dyke should be convinced to retire.

Roberts should reveal why he was blackmailed to stick us with Obamacare and then he’s gone.

I fully expect Kennedy to announce his retirement Monday, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Ginsburg did too considering her age and health. President Trump will pick her replacement, it is only a matter of time. She may “want” to hold out until after the next election, but I don’t think she can do it.

Yep. But Sandra Day O'Connor is still alive, to point at one exception.

NO Cruz. He lied about his nationality and thinks even though he was born in CA to a foreigner father he’s a NBC.

NO NO A THOUSAND TIMES NO!

Any decision on natural born citizenship he will vote the WRONG way!

Plus being a liar and other character defects.
