CNN ^ | June 24, 2017 | Ariane de Vogue

Posted on 06/24/2017 11:31:23 AM PDT by Innovative

Justice Anthony Kennedy, the man who so often determines the outcome of the most controversial Supreme Court cases, is himself the center of brewing speculation. Will he stay or will he go?

The rumors have swirled for months and the 80-year-old justice has done nothing either personally or though intermediaries to set the record straight on whether he will step down.

I agree, she’s going to die with her boots on.

President Trump tells us to Dream Big.

OK. I dream of a total of 9 replacements with young, healthy, Scalia-Thomas Constitutionalists.

It shall be henceforth be known as....

The TRUMP Court!

Why settle for that globalist clod? We need another Scalia.

Drunk and senile. One at a time is OK but when you have both it isn't pretty.

The liberals will have a meltdown if he retires.

The good news is the Liberals have been beaten down so much and all their outrages have amounted to failure or blown up in their faces, that their moral must be in the crapper.

They shot their load against Gorsuch, that they will probably not put up as big of a fight against Kennedy's replacement and if Ruthie goes they will only put up token opposition.

Great reason to postpone the summer break imho.

If a case came up where the plantifs were arguing the constitutionality of the constitution, those liberal hags would vote in favor of the plantifs.

I also watch Ginsburg. It would be true blessing if her seat is vacant during Trump administration

>>Imagine what it’ll be like when Ginsburg retires/expires!<<

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Okay, here is what I imagine:
1. Kennedy replacement nominee is from the list.
2. Ginsberg replacement nominee is Alan Dershowitz, who has been signalling every way possible that he backs Trump on Immigration and Muslim bans.

Dershowitz is 79, so if Trump gets reelected he could easily have another swing at that seat in his second term.

Why hasn’t Ginsburg croaked yet?

Good question. She has already handed in her resignation. Don' know why she is still there.

“The constitutional health of the federal courts is really what counts. It’s about the only reason I voted for Trump.

Ditto.”

And this is indeed a very important reason.

So far, Trump has been living up to our expectations. I expect he will continue to do so.

The SCOTUS decisions are indeed critical.

I hope Ruth Biddie Ginsburg retires first!

I think the commies messed up by not encouraging her to retire when Obunghole could have made a nomination....during the EIGHT years he was in office. What maroons!

If she died (or is already passed), how would we really know for sure? After all, Globals are children of Satan, the father of deceit. How about we ask for monthly verification of life for all SC judges? President Trump could invite them for Monthly Luncheons with the President.

When Republicans are in charge, Dems always demand Power-sharing, and typically get it. When Dems are in charge, it’s “We won.”

Knowing they successfully manipulated elections, they were 100% sure HRC would win. What they didn’t count on was GOD!

What is impossible with Man, is possible with God.

Hope Kennedy hangs in there a bit. There may be to much temptation to choose a justice in a compromise deal with the dems on legislation the administration wants to implement.

What would be really wonderful is to have 7 hard-nosed strict constitutionalist MALE judges against two snowflake whiny liberals - we’ll see how wise the Latina is then!
