The answer is readily apparent. There are people in the position of “being able to make it happen” who don’t want it to happen.
The repetitious reality among the Dems is to lie, deny, obfuscate, deceive, delay,
and then begin the cycle all over again, until it becomes "old news", or the litigants died of old age.
This process is re-enforced by the biased lamestream media .
