Eric Schmidt, billionaire chair of Alphabet, Inc. the parent company of Google, led a massive fundraising drive in December for leftist analytics firm Civis Analytics, represented by a law firm that partnered with Justice Department special prosecutor Robert Mueller—raising questions about Mueller’s impartiality in his so-called “Russia probe” into President Donald J. Trump’s campaign.
In March 2014, WilmerHale announced Mueller would join its firm as a partner. Mueller left his position in May after the DOJ appointed him as a special prosecutor to look into alleged “ties” between President Trump’s campaign and Russia.
WilmerHale represented Civis Analytics during a $22 million fundraising drive Schmidt in part led.

Mueller....needs to be arrested. His close friendship (not just his/their professional association) with Comey disqualifies him under black letter text of the special counsel law. His very acceptance of the position is a crime. This selection of Mueller was never acceptable, not for a minute. It should have been rejected out of hand after no more than 30 seconds of consideration.
Why the hell is McCabe still in his position and why on other numerous things like this? He literally lets these people that want to destroy him continue to stay in positions of power. Mind boggling.
He's already tainted any "prosecution" with his leaks.
It should be grounds for a complete acquittal of Trump if not disbarment/prison for Mueller.

There is no special counsel law. The s-c is established by rules and procedures within the DOJ. There is no crime in breaking those rules.

If Mueller and or Rosenstein gets fired (only Rosenstein can fire Mueller) but POTUS can fire Rosenstein, then I suspect the next move by Dems is to hold up new FBI director approval by Senate. Yes we could go nuclear and get him through if enough REPUBS were on board, but some might go over to DEMS to save their careers.

I just looked at the Supreme Court’s possible involvement in a Presidential impeachment...While the Supremes don not feel they should involve themselves in a “judicial” impeachment, that does not hold true for a “presidential” impeachment...
Now that president trump has had his nominee instlled, he may be thinking if it came to that, he could ruin Mueller et al, by a Supremem Court ruling...
