We had one from 1960-1975——kept it in the basement-—it was known as the beer refrigerator. We only got rid of it when we moved.

Did a jet filled with fuel blow up inside the building like a small atomic bomb? then maybe not. It’ll probably have some parts fall or collapse.
They must be in a low state of morale tonight what with the accumulation of the negative karma befalling them this past month or so.
This includes now being governed by the creepy Muslim mayor of London, the "up" of Brexit and now perhaps the future "down" of Brexit, the devastating Manchester ISIS massacre, the unfortunate set-back of Tory Prime Minister Theresa May the other day, coupled with the scary rise of her Labour opponent, Jeremy Corbyn, the consumate marxist....and now, this horrible and tragic fire in the capital city.
My heart goes out to the people of the UK and my sympathy to the family of the fire's victims.
These past couple have been such a string of gloomy events for Londoners.......but I know they will overcome as they have in bad times before.

Ammonia is the coolant though. We have one at our cabin in VA. A pilot light sized flame from propane powers the cooling loop.

Look up England on a map. See how far north it is? Dim sunlight remains visible all night on the horizon too from that latitude.

I saw video of it. It appeared to start as a small exterior fire and very quickly spread up in side than blew out windows and started the inside on fire. Very quickly the entire 27 floors were fully involved.
I suspect there will be fatalities, and there are reports of people still trapped in portions of the building.
It's 40 fire engines and 200 firefighters.
Oh, man, is that horrific.... always was afraid of buildings like that. Not enough money in the world to get me to live in a city in one of those things.
Looks like a paper wasp nest being gasolined, and burning up just as fast.
