On Saturday, June 10, 2017, ACT for America is having March Against Sharia events in cities across the nation.
This is a march against Sharia law and for human rights. Our nation is built on the freedom of religion -- a pillar of our democracy -- which we must always respect, protect, and honor. However many aspects of Sharia law run contrary to basic human rights and are completely incompatible with our laws and our democratic values.

It’s been too long since I’ve read a post from you.
I believe you and I are the only FReepers left who will begin a post “I respectfully disagree...”.
Nowadays it’s all “gargle mah nads!” this and “fellate my appendage, you turd!” that.
Courtesy and manners never go out of style.
Still a few of us around, T-Bone; it’s not quite just the two of us (if I can be permitted to respectfully disagree). ;-)
I know what you mean and it bothers me sometimes, too. I can see the winds changing though and part of me is not that disturbed with the “in yo’ face” style of some of the younger conservatives.
We are probably going to need A LOT of aggression and not backing down over the next two decades to get this country off of the path (of establishing a national open air insane asylum while implementing a cultural suicide pact) the lib-progs have us on. My optimism at this point is that the divorce can be reasonably amicable.
