They get free tuition. They get points added to their test scores. They are selected for admission exclusively for being Black. They are promoted when they fail. They are given jobs they are not qualified for. Their inability to perform on the job is covered over by Whites, who take up the slack.
And they still hate us. A rational person would say that this system is not working.

Of course they do. Every day they spend there, not measuring up, having to be passed because they would not make it on their own merits — you think they don’t realize that they are objectively and demonstrably inferior to their white classmates?
Especially the ones who, before they went to college, spent their whole lives seeing they were the smartest of their black peers? And now being surrounded by white people, none of whom would be there unless they were at least 20 IQ points smarter than the blacks admitted?
Affirmative action crushes the egos of people who are put where they don’t belong.
