Absolute categorical statements such as that are rarely valid.
We can state with more certainty that some have always been and some have not.

Labeling all members of a class as having a negative trait
is likely to produce an opposite effect than that which in a better world we would like to see.

Time for that school to loose what ever federal and state money is coming in and removed as a qualifying institution for student loans...my bet is that it does not have a big endowment from graduates supporting the institution so my bet is the school would be forced to close.

Of course they do. Every day they spend there, not measuring up, having to be passed because they would not make it on their own merits — you think they don’t realize that they are objectively and demonstrably inferior to their white classmates?

Especially the ones who, before they went to college, spent their whole lives seeing they were the smartest of their black peers? And now being surrounded by white people, none of whom would be there unless they were at least 20 IQ points smarter than the blacks admitted?
