I’m disappointed in the Republicans too, but they are nowhere nearly as bad as the half-crazed with Trump hatred Democrats.

Yes they are. Worse even. The act in front of the TX cameras like they support Trump but off camera they are part of the movement to impeach him. There is yuge Republican disloyalty at work.

Interesting theory you’ve come up with. Too bad for you Trump has been supportive of the Republicans and critical of the Democrats, so you are making it clear you are not willing to support Trump and his wishes. The Democrats are the ones calling for his impeachment over and over and doing everything they can to paint him as a traitorous criminal; yet you don’t seem to be bothered about them getting in power to give impeachment a try (even though it will be spun as a huge defeat for Trump and a rejection of his agenda if the Dems win). The Republicans won’t rubber stamp whatever he wants, but they are working on trying to find common ground, where our side gets some of what we want and the moderates get some of what they want, which is better than the zero of what we want that we’ll get with the Dems.

Are some Republicans working to take Trump down? Sure, a handful are, especially Justin Amash and on occasion Juan McCain, but the idea the Congress wouldn’t be any worse under the increasingly radical, Marxist left that has taken over the Dem party is mind-boggling coming from a conservative. It’s funny too how the Republican Congressmen that you think are working to impeach Trump haven’t impeached him yet, even though they are the ones in power and can do it any time they wish.

Refuse to vote in Trump’s interests if you wish, but letting the Dems get the Congress will make his presidency a living hell for him, his team, and his agenda. He’s been supportive of all the Republicans in the special elections so far. He knows how important it is to his presidency to keep the Congress out of the hands of the Dems, who have taken Trump Derangement Syndrome to unimaginable heights. The primaries are the time to fight, not the general, especially when Trump’s presidency is riding on the outcome. I hope you’ll change your mind next year once you see Trump campaigning for the Republican candidates and decide to put the president’s interests first over your resentments against the GOP.
