Dennis comes very close to home here, just by addressing the issue as he has. He touches on it, but misses one very important point. So have I until recently.

Trump despite his flaws...

We have got to get over that mindset. We were wrong, and we're as guilty as NeverTrumpers when we premise our beliefs on this false narrative.

Who doesn't have flaws folks? Anyone?

Why is it that we ALWAYS address Trump's flaws?

Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush... which of these folks didn't have flaws? Every time we touche on something they did, did we preface it with "despite his flaws"? Perhaps with Clinton and Obama one could say we did, but with the Bushes, we very seldom talked about them that way. In the general course of things we praised them when it was warranted, and didn't preface it like to we have Trump.

If you look at the record, Trump has far fewer flaws than any of them. Look at what he has done since becoming president. None of them did a fraction as much as he has in the first four months of his presidency.

Folks, as Conservatives, we have to start playing like we're in this to win. Quite buying into the false narratives. Champion Trump like there's no tomorrow. Without him, there isn't one.

Trump despite his flaws...

That phraseology amounts to so-called-conservative virtue signaling. It's a sad attempt by the writer to say he's morally and intellectually superior to Trump and his unwashed hordes.

You said it so well. I get angry every time I see that damned qualifier! These writers are like prissy rich kids forced to play with the Tom Sawyers of the world and finding out they like it. But Tom has to be put in his place as well and reminded he has “flaws”.

He misses quite a few points here, not just the "Trump is flawed, but..." stuff.

Not everything he says is horrible, that article has some decent things to say, it's just way too soft. Your vanity was something he should have emulated (very good btw).

I do think Prager misses it big time with the nevertrumpers. None of them had that much in their bank accounts to do what they did. I appreciate that some of them (like Dennis), came back. But for those who haven't yet, bah humbug. They need to admit they were wrong. Now. Or be called out for the phonies they are.

Pretty simple, Dennis missed that, and should know better.

Amen, Brother. Trump is doing a great job for a new president especially when you consider he is a 3rd party candidate in a uniparty system!?

Each year the U.S.A spends trillions of dollars having that hose wrestled away is not going to be easy. It must be done. Go Trump Go.

I don't know about you but each day that goes on I am

  1. Amazed at he won, I know you and I thought it was pretty obvious he would early on but as time goes on it seems more and more miraculous - there is a tremendous realignment that has occured due to the intense political discussions everybody had with everybody the last couple of years. Impressed at how the president is maneuvering through all of this
  2. Increasingly sure and confident in near and long term victories for our nation. This is due to president Trump's Leadership.
  3. We have a private businessman dedicated to American exceptionalism who is all about being a leader as president

Man its time to smile, all this ginned up media masturbation aint going anywhere and probably will end up helping president Trump, summer is coming and its morning in America.

P.S - Remember the first thing the clintons did was get the FBI files, over the years Comey moves up becomes director, they use this information to establish the pipeline and file up the swap. John Roberts rules oddly. Now that Comey is gone can we expect to see a more "conservative" Justice Roberts. He'd better hope so. These rulings could bring new definition to unhinged for lefties
