I think the way to go is a class action law suit by the individuals attacked by media maters and by the companies harassed by the organization. the answer is to sue them out of existence. not a lawyer so I don’t understand where media maters is violating laws and regulations but I am certain it is.

There is actually a legal cause of action that is compensable for Hannjty and Fox.
It’s called Tortious interference, also known as intentional interference with contractual relations, in the common law of torts, this occurs when one person or group, or organization such as Media Matters intentionally damages someone else’s contractual or business relationships with a third party causing economic harm.
That’s exactly what’s happening here. Media Matters is encouraging advertisers to end their business relationships with Hannity and Fox. Sue the SOBs.

This is not a free speech issue for media matters. This is third party interference in a contract and may well be actionable.
