Ted Cruz is one of the most conservative, most ferocious, mot principled people in the Senate. He has fought the good fight when just about nobody else (except maybe Mike Lee) was willing to do so.
The utter hatred for him by some here reveals that they are not genuinely conservatives and definitely not constitutionalists. They’re pseudocons.

I was glad to vote for Ted Cruz in the primary. I was glad to vote for Donald Trump in the general. But a lot of people can’t seem to get over the idea that Ted ran against Donald in the primary.
My senators are John McCain and Jeff McFlake. I’d trade them both from Ted Cruz any day of the week. Twice on Sundays.
And frankly, I’ve been more supportive of Trump since he became President than many of the Trump supporters...too many of the Trump supporters go wobbly twice a week.
