"A good win-not big. I would have liked to have seen a younger manly-man or a looker female. That congressional seat should be a stepping stone to the senate and this guy is too foliclly challenged + old."

That sort of thing might matter in the beltway, or in hollywood...but it doesn't play in Montana.

I love to see Democrats squashed like bugs. Same goes for arrogant, effete reporters.

You will soon find out that this was a trap set for Gianforte by the little Democrat “pajama boy” that labors as a left wing, communist America hater, for the British rag, The Guardian!!! If someone jammed a recorder microphone in my face and interrupted a discussion I was having with someone else....I would do more then break his or her glasses!!!

Gianforte should not have reacted with force to this low life piece of humanity.....but, some folks will not stand down and take “in your face abuse” without a like response!!! Actually Gianforte gained votes because of his actions of not being bullied!!!

Bottom line...in the four game series......Republicans lead the series 2-0. June 20th brings us the final two races in Georgia & South Carolina!!!

I would advise you to disregard any polling coming from the failed pollsters of the mainstream media, which, once again, were a mile off the real winning result!!!

Go Republicans & Go POTUS, Donald J. Trump!!!

Finally a Republican who fights. Looks like people in Montana are sick of elite Republican pussies who don’t fight, they are tired of faggoty and bull dyke Democrats and they are sick of the media. They want their country back and they voted for a guy who proved he won’t take no shit from the media.

I’d have preferred he won by 20 points, but a win is a win.

Undefeated in this year’s special congressional races after the election of President Trump, Republicans will now hold a 239-193 majority in the House.

During the campaign, Mr. Gianforte embraced Mr. Trump, who won the state by more than 20 percentage points in the November election.

Excellent.

When is the GOP Congress going to realize that they and Trump could grind the Democrats into dust if they'd just get behind the President and start implementing his agenda, working to make America great again?

There's this huge buffer between the President and his supporters, and it's clogged with do-nothing GOP Representatives and Senators. A more timid, misguided, selfish, disloyal bunch of Establishment Swamp-dwellers I've never seen—except for the Democrats, of course.

If the GOP Congress would simply join the People and the President, amazing things could be accomplished in the next 8 years.

Personally, I hope this civil war-type situation will straighten out eventually in Washington—and in the Presiden't favor. The Uniparty Establishment—despite all the lies their Ministry of Propaganda (the Media) can spread—are destroying themselves in slow motion.

Recent polls have shown that even Democrats—in majority numbers (56%)—believe that the "Mainstream" Media is loaded with Fake News and can't be trusted. And the numbers for Independents and Republicans are far worse, of course.

Those are fearsome statistics if you're a Democrat—whether in or out of Government, Media, or Academia—and they portend a devastating downfall at some point in the not-too-distant future.

And now that it's "common knowledge" and "widely known" and not even politically incorrect to say so anymore, the credibility of the "Propaganda Media"—to use Newt Gingrich's term— is not going to be restored anytime soon.

One day the Democrats' lies will catch up to them, and the damage they've done to the Republic will be apparent to all.

And the GOP stands to benefit—if it still even exists. The way the GOP is acting at the moment, their fate might mimic that of the Democrats. President Trump might have to start an entirely new party if the GOP doesn't shape up very soon. I certainly wouldn't blame him if he did...

I truly believe that reporter set that incident up last night with help from liberals that was pouring money and protesters into that Montana race..and hopefully it will be proven and the charges dropped...

I agree. I was afraid that if Gianforte loses to the democrat, we would see incidents like this all over the country--where reporters would be as rude and obnoxious as possible to provoke the Republican candidate into a physical response just so they can screech that the candidate is unfit for office.

Almost half the voters had engaged in early voting, so the body slam did not change their minds and votes. Anybody know about this video I have seen on TV of Trump doing a body slam on the ground next to a boxing ring???

Some swishy talking head, yakking on Fuchs News before the body slam of Pajama Boy, said Gianforte was more “prickly” than previous GOP candidates,

Why do these bone smokers make everything about sex?!

Wow. I see the libertarians are still around doing a poor job for themselves, essentially sabotaging both the libertarian and Republican message.
