Which is why Mueller should not be the special counsel and should resign. Besides all his close ties to Comey, we now have this. This sharing goes back to 2011 , when Mueller was FBI director. Can anyone honestly think Mueller will do an independent investigation that may implicate himself ?
And who goes to jail? No one! Trump needs to blast this and start calling for people to get arrested at the very least. Make these criminals at least hire a lawyer and fight the charges. Make an example of them so others will think twice before doing the same thing.

Plus, she is smokin’ hot.
DJT: Obama wire tapped me . . .
Remember that one? Trump really wasn’t nuts after all.....heh.....heh. Well boys and girls it looks like Obamamama really was the corrupt bastard we thought he was all along. And guess what? The lies, deception and corrupt means by which any and all “evidence” gathered in connection with the wreckless, endless, and ongoing investigations is bastard as well. Where is the burden of proof in all of this? Squarely on the government! At least that burden hasn’t yet been turned on its head! The only problem is the “evidence” was obtained illegally and is therefore inadmissable. Ergo no case! DC is not only a swamp. It is a town full of lousy lawyers.

Bingo..... tainted evidence
And what exactly are the pubbies going to do about it? ZILCH
Dirty
Is the appointment of Mueller a circular firing squad with Comey?

His brother handles the taxes for the Clinton Foundation. But I’m sure there’s no connection there.
Criminals and traitors infect the government. Let us pray they receive their justice due.
That too
Shameful.

CNN too busy with going after the POTUS, son in law..
tonight I flipped to CNN and I never watch that network, but the fruitcakes weren’t on so wanted to continue watching the Montana election results...so I made a move to that network, and every other segment was about Jared K.
When Greg G.in Montana made his acceptance speech, I gladly shut the TV down...
Now I’m shutting the computer down also...
Night FR Posters, yippee tomorrow is FRIDAY again...
Why the hell are some of these criminal leakers being marched off to jail
The most serious involved the NSA searching for American data it was forbidden to search. But the FBI also was forced to admit its agents and analysts shared espionage data with prohibited third parties, ranging from a federal contractor to a private entity that did not have the legal right to see the intelligence.
The FBI and DOJ as a whole have displayed an alarming habit of taking new capabilities and exploiting them until somebody tells them to stop. I don't know how long this has been going on, but it has been this way the entire time I have worked in my agency (not DOJ).
Recent examples of this have been warrantless use of tracking devices on vehicles, use of Stingray cellular exploitation, and this latest reported misuse of NSA internet data. None of these misuses should have occurred because one can infer from existing case law how new tech should be used. When in doubt every agency has teams of lawyers to give you the proper guidance. With regards to the Internet monitoring, specific restrictions were given and then ignored.
There needs to be a wholesale change in the way DOJ does business. I can honestly say that my agency doesn't operate like this, and can point to refusals to participate in sketchy DOJ operations, like Fast and Furious, as proof. Agents in my office openly questioned misuse of trackers and were vindicated when both FBI and DEA were smacked down by the courts. It is beyond my comprehension that DOJ agents would threaten cases that take tens of thousands of manhours by exceeding their legal authority.
The next big connecting of the dots on this will be to take specific misused material from this FISA issue and track it to misuse by the Obama inner circle. The unmasking of names and subsequent leaking of material to the press shows exactly how out of control this program has become.
IMO it is much worse than just this.
The US spy agencies use these private contractors as a mean to circumvent the 4th Amendment.
Companies like Google, AT&T, and many others are private entities but they collect vast amounts of information that their customers volunteer believing it to be private papers and possessions. But the terms of service effectively state that all these communications can be used in basically any way desired by the provider.
So here we have companies that have enormous government contracts, and routinely ask for government “permission” like permits to operate, build, broadcast etc. Assuming they are merely “neutral” the fact that they require so much from the government makes them easy marks for government to request the turnover of the collected data. Refusal to comply with these voluntary requests jeopardizes their licenses, permits and contracts.
So the government has found a means to neuter the 4th (and 5th) amendments by asking for voluntary turnover of data which can then be used to build criminal cases, or extortion and blackmail, or to sell information to give competitive advantage to those who make the right deal etc.
IMO we need to find a way to build a much higher bar, or, we must find ways to obscure the information we transmit. It’s not that I think anyone in particular needs to hide. It is simply a question of preserving our rights against their usurpation via these indirect means.
Makes me wonder if Comey is now blackmailing Mueller, which could be why Comey wanted to have a private meeting with him...
That is because you do not think like s true fascist. Everything is a tool to them. They view the laws as theirs to ignore as it suits them. They will do whatever it takes to further their agenda. Agents in whatever agency help them either out of sympathy for their cause, brown nosing for perks and promotion, or fear for their jobs. That will always be the case when a leftist gets control of the reins of power, and exactly explains their actions since they lost them. They are in fear..........
